Celebrating 400 matches at Kogarah Jubilee
Kogarah Jubilee celebrates a major milestone in round 13 when the Dragons play the Sharks in the 400th First Grade match at the venue.
To honour Kogarah‘s quadruple-century, R2K is running a website competition where supporters can submit their favourite Jubilee memories from 1950 to the present.
For example, perhaps your fondest Jubilee memory is the great comeback against Manly in 1993 when a Noel Goldthorpe field-goal sealed a 21-20 victory. Maybe you recall a match from the glory days when the Dragons were undefeated for 12 years at Kogarah, or perhaps your favourite memory is the Return To Kogarah match from 2003.
Anyway, send us details of your favourite match and what made it special.
The three best entries, as chosen by R2K, will win the following prizes:
1) 1st Prize - $75 Rebel Sport Gift Card
2) 2nd Prize - $50 Sanity Gift Card
3) 3rd Prize - $30 Greater Union/Birch Carroll & Coyle
The first fifty entries will also receive a complimentary R2K Jubilee Stadium pen.
To submit your favourite Jubilee memory, simply go to
http://www.r2k.info/contact.html
E-mail your entry via this page and be sure to include your postal address as well as e-mail address and phone number.
Entries can be submitted from 19 May to 11 June. The winning submissions will be announced on or around 12 June.
All suitable submissions will be published on the R2K website.
